Au cours de la dernière décennie, l’industrie des matelas et des canapés a considérablement innové. De nouveaux matériaux ont été introduits pour offrir un plus grand confort et une meilleure apparence, mais ils doivent être collés ensemble, c’est pourquoi nos adhésifs thermofusibles pour ces secteurs sont constamment renouvelés.

Nos adhésifs sont compatibles avec toutes les machines, méthodes d’application et processus de production.

Nous modifions notre formule d’adhésif industriel en fonction de la machine à appliquer la colle:

Automatique. La machine applique automatiquement l’adhésif bien que les pièces soient posées manuellement par les opérateurs, puis un pressage automatique est effectué. Le bloc est retourné complètement, l’adhésif est appliqué de nouveau sur l’autre côté et pressé de nouveau automatiquement. Le processus dure quelques minutes et le matelas est ensuite emballé, parfois même enroulé sous vide.

Manuel. Méthode beaucoup plus longue dans laquelle une personne applique la colle manuellement à l’aide d’un pistolet à colle et place également les pièces à la main. Dans certains cas, la pression entre les pièces est également effectuée manuellement.

C’est pourquoi les colles doivent être adaptées aux délais de production, ce qui signifie que de nombreux types d’adhésifs sont disponibles pour ce secteur.

Notre flexibilité nous permet d’adapter n’importe quelle colle existante aux besoins de la machine de fabrication du client.

COLLAGE

Fixer tous les matériaux utilisés pour fabriquer un matelas:

Collage du tissu qui entoure les ressorts ensachés, répartis en rangées indépendantes.
Couches de mousses de polyuréthane entre elles
Mousse de polyuréthane avec viscoélastique ou latex
Composants en fibres mélangées.
Mousses, viscoélastiques ou latex avec tissu de recouvrement, etc.
