State-of-the-art machines
In September 2009, we decided to move to Rubí (Barcelona), to more modern facilities with more square meters than the ones we had in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), in order to expand our production capacity and offer a better service to our customers.
In this new space we have increased the number of reactors, enlarged and improved the dosing lines, installed new boilers, optimized the refrigeration equipment and implemented the latest generation of machines, with which we have managed to double our productivity for each production shift.
In 2015, new refrigeration equipment was installed to cool the adhesives with three times the power of the previous equipment. In 2016 a new, more accurate and efficient bag packaging machine was installed and new forklifts were purchased. In early 2017 we opened a new warehouse next to our plant in Rubí (Barcelona), to provide a better logistics service to our customers with a substantial increase in square meters of storage. All this to improve the quality of our products and also the productivity to offer a better service to our customers.
All these improvements allow us to increase our production of industrial adhesives at any time necessary and thus we can have a faster response in order to provide a better service to our customers.
